Are any downloads available in .dwg, .dxf, .obj, .3ds, .stl, .skp or .dae formats?
I am working in Chief Architect Pro 2021 and can import 3D objects, but only in the formats listed in my question.

Yes, Often users will upload models in their native format as well as agnostic formats like the one you list. most programs can export files out into these formats so if you come across a model you would like that is not available in the desired format as the user who uploaded the part. I also think there may be an option for GrabCAD to generate some of these formats or ask the community with a link to the specific file you are looking for.
