beam structure result not shown the beam deformation

Hi all,
I have a challenge from my factory, build a beam structure for 2 unit (extruder, cooling roll and rewinder). the weight of each unit about 16 tons.

so I am modeling it in SW 2012, I trick the weight problem using 6 blocks and make it equivalent to the original. and run the static simulation
I put external load : gravity, 5000N above the barrel and 5000N above the cooling roll

what surprised me was the result of stress (von misses) not shown the beam structure... is it correct? or please help me to resolve this problem or if all of grabcad's master can give me some better advice to make this FEA analysis better
one more question : is it a save construction? (the factor of safety is 4.55)
