Can anyone change a .rsdoc file to a .stp or .igs file?

Hy Guys i need to change a .rsdoc file to a .stp or .igs?

i only can export it as an .stl but in .stl it is a polygon structure. i need a solid

I exported the file as 3D DXF and converted to STEP in Solidworks. This works fine. Please see the attachment.
