Can I import a STL model into Turbocad and manipulate it... i.e. mirroring or invert. Am new to 3D printing

I have downloaded several models from various sources and would like to use them. They are perfect for my project except some have to mirror each other. I have not purchased TurboCad yet...and not getting any help from their customer service. Any thoughts??

If you are working with STL file, I suspect you'll have better luck using other programs that are designed to work with mesh files.

MeshMixer, NetFabb or MeshLab all come to mind. Blender would likely work too.
I've only used the above programs in a very limited manner. I was lucky and spent most of my STL editing time in Materialise Magics. It is expensive, but also the best (in my opinion).

TurboCAD has several versions, and free trials. Explore it fully before making a purchase. You need to know if it is going to work with your files, and if it will do what you expect it to do.
