Define "safe"...
If you mean that your models won't be used commercially without you knowing, then No, it isn't safe.
Any model uploaded to this site is free to download without any limitations unless you added them to your files yourself (watermark, dumb files, etc.). Those who download the files are supposed to use them according to GrabCAD's Guidelines which don't allow commercial use and will take action if you reported such use to them.
At the end of the day, you can't choose what users do with the models they download, you can only tell them what's right and take action if you spot anything.
