How can I design a large-area magnetic gripper

How can I design a large-area magnetic gripper that use for tin cans in Robot bulk palletizing or dispalletizing, the principle of magnetic switch is not the goal for this question, but the large-area megnetic plate is. The largest magnetic board size with 1440*1240, how can I build a magnetic plate with such a large area?Is it by combining a small magnet with a long strip of magnetic components, and then combining the magnetic components into a large area magnetic plate? Or is there any other way to make it

The video below temporarily shows a gripper with a similar structure, but Goudsmit Magnetics is a professional magnet and magnet products company, and we only do robot handling equipment, do not have the ability to make magnet products

The magnetic plates are usually made of either Ferrite or NdFeb magnets depending upon the required flux intensity. The magnetic surface is of Stainless Steel 304/316. Ferrite Magnets are the cheaper option for commercial magnets. Neodymium Magnets are more expensive (but stronger), mainly because of their rare-earth elements composition and manufacturing process.
