HOW CAN I MAKE A 19 POINT SPLINE? I NEED TO MAKE A SPECIAL ADAPTER FOR A KOHLER SHOWER CARTRIDGE AND I JUST CANT FIGURE IT OUT.. CAN ANY ONE GUIDE ME HOW OR MAYBE SOME TIPS?

It would be handy to have an image of what you are trying to make.
But in really simple terms, a 19 point spline is simply a single spline which has been patterned a number of times.
You'd need to know the width of a spline, and the inside and outside diameters to begin making the tool you need.
