What is the material for the expression of scratches, such as the attachment?

To create such detailed textures are made using keyshot Material Graph. I recommend you to watch Will Gibbon's Material Graph Monday (especially this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPha1KTmEjo). Also there are premade material list available on cloud in keyshot and you can try that too.
