I am trying to convert my .sldprt files into .stp files via GrabCAD Workbench, but I cannot seem to download them. Please help?

I followed the steps detailed in your article, How to convert CAD files in Workbench

However, at the last step, where it says, "When the file is done being converted a pop-up will appear saying your file is ready for download. You can download it directly by clicking "download file" and you also receive an email with a download link...", I never received a pop-up or email with my download. I right-clicked on the file and downloaded it as the correct file type, but it didn't work.
