Is anyone modelling offshore or subsea oil and gas facilities
I am a former project manager involved with oil and gas production and would like to use my 3d printer to produce some models, however my CAD skills are nonexistent.

Search the model library, there are some models there already.
I doubt many will be 3D printer ready. Some modifications may be needed to adjust the scale and thickness of parts.
The user MARIO AMAYA does a lot of modules that are for Oil platforms but they are extremely detailed so may not be good for printing.
Also, you would have to build the modules together yourself to get a populated platform.
Its worth having a look though, their great!

You may need to either buy a 3D asset from another site, Ideally in an STL format if you want to go straight to printing, or commission someone if you want something specific.
