New hire training - CAD practices?

I think most if not all Engineers have. It usually goes with the University training.

hello Jeff and thanks for the reply - I think I should have been more specific in pointing out "workplace" training in the practice of how a company trains and brings up to speed new hires, in "their" processes of creating new components, and revision control etc., and all the different phases of PLM and workflow stages that the components go through like review and engineering sign-off, quoting/sourcing.
