process for official certification in nx, CATIA, and Solidworks?

For catia, Dassault systemes provides 6 exams of three types : part, assembly and surface. Three of these exams provide expert certification. For this you have to contact their partners around the world who will conduct 90-120 minutes exams. This can only be done via their website. Mostly you will be taken to a room with only your identity card and nothing else allowed and your certification will be generated electronically. You must have theoretical knowledge of catia.
