Step files to Blender

Hey,
I want to use the files I downloaded from GrabCad in Blender, but they are only availible in .step but I need them in .obj or .fbx or something like that. I dont know anything about CAD software and I also wanted to ask if .step files include textures, because I can see them in the renderings of the model but not in my Programm FreeCAD, when I open the .step files.
How can I use step files in Blender?

STEP files can be imported using the STEPper addon. If you do not have the add-on, then the STEP file will need to be converted as another 3D file format, such as an STL or an obj, and then imported into Blender as those file formats. STEP files cannot be exported from Blender.

Use the CAD Assistant (free software) to convert the STEPs to glTF: https://www.opencascade.com/products/cad-assistant/ ; and then you can open them with Blender.

FreeCAD can also do this recently, but the function is not fully operational I think, because last time I had dimension errors.
