View stp file

Hello ....
I recently modeled a few components (stp format) in Freecad and uploaded them to GrabCad. Unfortunately I don't get along with the views. For example, if I export a component in freecad to stp in the front view, it is shown in a completely different view in GrabCad and also in my 3d viewer.
Is it because of Freecad or something is wrong.So by view I mean the preview image, thumbnail. It just looks better when the component appears in a nice view in the preview image than somehow upside down.
I thank mixed already.
