First thing you can do is enable likes/dislikes. People are inherently turned off by channels that censor criticism. You are also preventing yourself from knowing which videos people liked or disliked, which would allow you to focus on content that is more "liked" than "disliked".

Along the same lines (I'm not saying you are doing this) don't delete critical comments. Instead, address them or learn from them.

Second thing is that if you are going to be narrating in English, you should work on your pronunciation/annunciation and get a better microphone. I commend you for speaking another language, but it is not useful if you are not able to be understood.

Third thing is that you have several videos with the word "Beginner" in the title, yet you are not moving slow enough, or consistently explaining what you are clicking and why while you create your models.

Everything else will happen organically. Word of mouth will bring more people to your content if it is valuable.

Thanks Steven Kiley for the great effort which you made to answer my problem.

First of all I really impressed on your feedback since you spent time on my videos and look deep into my channel.

I'll definitely consider all your points and try to refine my progress towards organic growth.

Thanks again for your time Steven Kiley.
