Flat pattern from sweep.
I can't seem to get inventor to make a flat pattern for my sweep, anyone able to help me out?

Ok 3 problems with your part which will help you.
1. your sweep path is not one continues line.
2. your sweep drawing is not rectangle your corners must be 90° to each other.
3. You have sharp corners with no bend radius so if you used a brake press the material would just rip apart. Normally the Min. innen bend radius is material thickness
The easiest way will be to create the profile of your right view in the front plane in the sheet metal environment, and then create a contour flange of the profile with the sheet metal rules and distance of the flange.
