What software can I use to 3d print ipt files?

I'm new in this site and relatively new to 3d printing, I'm used to stl files and I don't know how to covert this files or to print as they are without the risk of loosing precision or fidelty to the original mode.
Thanks!

An IPT is an Autodesk Inventor part file. Inventor can open the IPT file and export it directly to an STL with whatever precision you desire. Most other mainstream professional CAD programs can import an IPT file and also export it to an STL as well.

If you post the IPT file I would be happy to convert it for you.

I use Glovius for almost all my file conversion. It's fairly easy to learn, & handles just about any format.
