Step 1: From the Plate 2, we just need to cut some parts
From Plate 2, we just need to sketch an object as shown above to cut the circle object one

Step 2: Extrude the object
After that, we can extrude the object with the condition; Flipped, Through All, and Cut.

Step 3: Fillet each side
After extruded, the last final touch is just filleting each side with a 0.5 mm radius, and the Plate 3 is done!
