Design of a Basic Pin

1. Step 1: Sketch for the Pin

   

   
   

   
   

   Click on sketch command & select line. Then draw the this sketch as given above.

   
   

2. Step 2: Revolve Boss-base

   

   Now click on Revolve Boss-bass command from the Feature Tab in Command Ribbon. Then, select the blue line as shown in above pic. Then click on done.

   

   
   

   
   

   
   

3. Step 3: Sketch for Hole

   

   
   

   Now, select Front plane and sketch a circle as shown above.

4. Step 4: Extrude cut

   

   
   

   Now, go to Feature Tab and select Extrude- Cut command.

   Then select the direction1 as THROUGH ALL-BOTH.

   Click on OK.
