Completed hands-on industrial training at TATA Motors, gaining experience in vehicle diagnostics, ICE/EV systems, and propulsion systems, along with 3D modeling and manufacturing drawings of a 4-cylinder petrol engine and basic CFD/structural analysis. Designed and analyzed a vertical-axis wind turbine using CAD and ANSYS for structural and aerodynamic performance. As a Robocon team member, contributed to robot design, CAD modeling, material selection, and fabrication using CNC and 3D printing. Core studies included CAD/CAM, machine design, vehicle propulsion, heat transfer, HVAC, and industrial IoT.
